Every AI answer, with a receipt.
NeuralRing routes your company's AI to European infrastructure — and hands you cryptographic proof of where every single request ran, under whose jurisdiction, and against which policy.
The Register
An approved-vendor register of European AI services: who operates each one, who ultimately owns the operator, where it runs — and, stated plainly, what is proven and what is merely claimed.

Each request produces a signed, tamper-evident receipt. Generate periodic audit packs, verify any period in one action, and give your auditor a sealed, revocable room — no account needed.
How receipts workPolicy Desk
Write your AI usage rule once — where it may run, the minimum proof level — and it is applied to every request your developers make. Keys can only narrow the policy, never loosen it.
Set a policyDon't take our word for it. Check a receipt.
This is a real receipt from a request on NeuralRing. Open it and your browser re-verifies the signature itself — no NeuralRing account, no trust in this page required.
A receipt shows where inference ran and what was proven at that moment. It does not, by itself, certify a provider — we say exactly what it does and doesn't prove.
What this proves
- Which service served each request, in which country, under which operator and ultimate parent.
- That the record has not been altered since it was written (signature + tamper-evident chain).
- Which policy was applied, and every automatic backup hop taken.
What this does not prove
- It is not a certification of a provider — proof levels are stated per record: Claimed → Checked by NeuralRing → Independently certified.
- It is not legal advice or a compliance conclusion. Your counsel draws conclusions; we supply the records.
- Anything not established is stated as not established — never assumed.
