A receipt shows where inference ran and what was proven at that moment. It does not, by itself, certify a provider — we say exactly what it does and doesn't prove.
What this proves
- Which service served each request, in which country, under which operator and ultimate parent.
- That the record has not been altered since it was written (signature + tamper-evident chain).
- Which policy was applied, and every automatic backup hop taken.
What this does not prove
- It is not a certification of a provider — proof levels are stated per record: Claimed → Checked by NeuralRing → Independently certified.
- It is not legal advice or a compliance conclusion. Your counsel draws conclusions; we supply the records.
- Anything not established is stated as not established — never assumed.
Evidence for the AI you already use — without moving a single request.
Declare the providers your teams already use, or drop a witness into your own client, and every request gets the same signed, content-free record: where it ran, under whose law, at what proof level — with each provider's declarations, what NeuralRing checked, and what changed. Framework packs put those records in the vocabulary your auditor reads.
Proxied or witnessed — stated on every receipt
Route through NeuralRing and the record says proxied; keep your traffic where it is and the record says witnessed, with NeuralRing's own corroboration beside it. Never merged, never dressed up.
Provider assurance you did not have to write
Company registry, hosting, location, certification registries and the provider's own binding documents — checked on your declared providers, dated, sourced, and watched for change.
