Nothing is installed in your infrastructure. Declaring names a provider you already pay; witnessing adds one line to your own client so NeuralRing sees the request's route without ever seeing its content. Each fact — which operating entity, under which parent, where it runs, how long data is kept, whether it may train on your data — is checked against a registry, a probe or a captured document and carries the assurance that evidence supports: stated, verified or certified. Nothing is rounded up. AI inside SaaS that no witness can observe is listed too, and lowers your coverage honestly.
